Overview: Our Infrastructure

Our vast array of the highest quality backbone providers guarantees optimum service to our customers. Below is a brief synopsis of our providers, and a detailed IP map of their entire network.

Level 3

Level 3's 10 Gbps multi-service, fully MPLS-enabled Internet backbone operates in North America, Europe and Asia. This self-healing backbone rides on a fiber-optic Sonet infrastructure. The network's design consists of routing and Gigabit Ethernet switching equipment. In addition, the network within the Gateways connecting the equipment consists of fully redundant circuits. The company has private peering agreements with all Tier 1 access providers, and has built, owns and operates 6.5 million square feet of colocation and technical space. Level 3s multi-conduit approach includes 10-12 conduits per each land-based network mile. Only one conduit is filled with current generation fiber, leaving the rest to be filled as technology advances and demand for capacity increases.
